I Choose Authenticity
I woke up this morning with low energy and not much enthusiasm for writing my weekly blog. Having knee replacement surgery scheduled in ten days is putting me through my paces. Getting ready to get ready is a lot of work! Rather than push myself, I decided to share something written by someone else that I wish I had written! I immediately thought of the 10 Guideposts for Wholehearted Living by Brené Brown. I discovered Brené Brown back in 2010 when I heard her Ted talk on the “Power of Vulnerability.” If you haven’t watched this video or haven’t seen it in a long time, click here. In today’s post I’ve included Brown’s 10 Guideposts for Wholehearted Living and a corresponding ten part journal series to support you to use in implementing the guideposts.
