Less Stress Week: Day #1

I had the loveliest experience two weeks ago. I wrote down everything I had to get done (what a relief to get it out of my head!) and then I assigned time to each item. It made me see that it's just not possible to do everything all at once. So when I laid it all out, I assigned each item a priority number, and then I started working through them. It made all the difference in the world! We're using the "7 Recession Stress-Busters" from Inc.com as a jumping off point to help eachother survive—even thrive—in these challenging times.
